KSS Officers 2026

Nicole Lindeman President

Nicole discovered mountain biking on a girls’ trip in 2015 and has been hooked ever since. She’s passionate about growing the local trail community, strengthening partnerships, expanding the volunteer base, and fostering a strong culture of stewardship.

She’s especially committed to getting more kids on bikes, knowing those early trail experiences build confidence, encourage healthy habits, and help shape the next generation of trail builders and advocates for the future.

Colin Locke Treasurer

Colin Locke has been mountain biking for about 15 years. He enjoys wading into the technical details of bikes, suspension tuning, and learning new riding techniques. Colin is a Wichita native, rides singletrack all over the region, and is passionate about getting people involved and growing the sport.

Erik Mallory Secretary

Erik Mallory has been riding mountain bikes for 2 years. He got involved with KSS to further trail building in Newton Kansas where he lives.
Erik has discovered the wonderful community of athletes in the South Central Kansas region and dedicates much of his time to organizing events, trail rides, and trail maintenance.

Andrew Perry Member At Large

Andrew has been riding mountain bikes off and on since purchasing a GT Zaskar back in 1997.  He became more committed to the sport after retiring from motocross racing a few years ago.

He loves the fast flowy jump lines and technical descents.  He has a drive to help Kansas progress our trail systems to accommodate all skill levels from beginner to expert.

Quincy Simon Member At Large

Quincy Simon is a trail steward for Santa Fe Lake and a passionate advocate for building and maintaining sustainable trails in Kansas. He enjoys coaching the local youth riders and strives to improve trail access and strengthen the outdoor community. Quincy believes great trails bring people together and help more riders discover the joy of mountain biking.

Casey Waite Trail Steward Chair

Casey Waite is a long time gravel and MTBer. Casey splits his time between Wichita and Bentonville, sending rad jumps with his son Levi. Casey designed and helped build the new jumps at Air Capital Single Track. He loves Downhill and Enduro racing. The only time you see Casey sitting still is at a KSS meeting.
